Delivery, Returns and Refunds for Schmabel Labels’ Labels

Delivery process

1. Shipment preparation

We gather the labels and prepare the shipment. This includes packaging the tags or stickers, preparing the address label along with any other required documentation, and combining shipments in envelopes or boxes as appropriate.

2. Postage fees

Regular mail (Canada Post):

  • Canada : Free
  • United States : 5 $
  • International : 7 $

Express mail (Purolator) :
Included for free with the purchase of 1,000 products or more

  • Canada (QC, ON) : 10 $
  • Canada (other provinces) : 20 $
  • United States : 26 $
  • International : calculated upon request
3. Post office drop-off

The shipment is tendered to a post office or carrier. Based on mailing volume and specific requirements, shipments may be dropped off individually at the post office counter or picked up through a collection service.

4. Tracking and confirmation

For express shipments, both sender and recipient can track their shipment status using the provided tracking details. Once the labels are successfully delivered, recipients can confirm receipt and provide feedback on their shipping experience. No tracking available for regular shipments.

Exchanges

In case of a manufacturing defect, labels can be exchanged within 30 days of order receipt.

Refunds

As labels and other products are personalized for each order, no refunds are possible.
