Our custom hang tags for clothing, also called string tags, are designed and made in our Canadian workshop. They can be temporarily attached to clothing or projects to present your care instructions, logo, brand name or any other useful information to your customers.
Hang tags are a simple, practical and aesthetically pleasing option to present your apparel designs with a minimum of visual clutter.
Once we receive your order, we prepare a digital proof of your custom hang tag. We follow a rigorous quality assurance process and send you the proof for review and approval. You can expect a turnaround time of 1 to 2 business days after the hang tag proof is approved.

Suite à la commande initiale, nous confirmons les détails du design de l’étiquette avec notre client. Le processus consiste à s’assurer que toutes les informations nécessaires telles que le texte, les graphiques et la mise en page sont représentées avec précision dans l’épreuve.
Once we receive the customer’s initial order, we confirm the label design details with them. This step involves checking that all required text and graphics are accurately depicted and properly formatted on the proof.
Once we have the label design confirmed, our team creates a sample or prototype using the specified printing techniques and materials. The sample will reflect the size, shape and appearance of the finished product.
The sample is then presented to the customer, who will check for errors or discrepancies in the label design, colour, alignment or content. The customer can compare the sample to the original label design specifications to ensure accuracy.
The customer will comment on any required adjustments or changes to the proposed label. This may include design correction, colour adjustment or formatting change requests. We will update the label as required and provide a new proof for review and approval.
Once all requested changes have been made and the customer is satisfied with the proof, they will give their final approval so that mass production can begin. This step confirms that the sample is perfectly aligned with customer expectations and quality standards.
A copy of the approved proof is usually kept for reference purposes throughout the production process. This ensures that the finished product meets the customer’s specifications and helps avoid confusion or manufacturing errors.
Our teams prepare a file with the label design and content to be printed. This may include using graphic design software and formatting the file according to printing specifications. The printer is then configured based on these specifications, loaded with the base material for printing and fine-tuned for the desired output.
Once the printer and file are ready, the printing process can begin. The design details are applied to the printing media using various technologies such as laser or ink-jet printing, screen printing or other specialized techniques as needed.
After printing, we inspect the label to ensure it meets quality standards. This may involve checking colours, sharpness, text alignment and other customer specifications.
Once the labels are printed and approved, they may require some additional touches based on the desired finished product, such as cutting or folding.
Once the labels are finalized and inspected, our team adequately packages them and ships them to the customer based on the instructions provided. To find out more about delivery, please refer to our delivery, exchange and refund policy.
